At Kreisher Marshall & Associates, LLC, we have been providing Pennsylvania residents professional legal representation concerning a wide range of legal concerns. For over 50 years, we’ve represented individuals and families in elder law, estate administration and planning, asset protection, family law, and other legal challenges.

We take a team approach when handling any legal issues you may face, drawing upon the extensive and varied experience that each of our attorneys possesses. Marianne and Marissa, our two lead attorneys, are Certified Elder Law Attorneys. This level of expertise was acquired through years of dedicated client advocacy, special testing, and recommendations by other CELAs.

There are only 68 Certified Elder Law Specialists in PA. Elder Law Attorneys are certified by the National Elder Law Foundation, as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Because of this designation, we are one of the few attorneys in the state who can use terms such as specialist, expert, etc.

In order to meet all the needs of our clients, we have diversified our services with KMA Guardianship & Fiduciary Services, a separate company that provides specific services dedicated to seniors and those with special needs. Additionally, KMA Real Estate Settlement Services can assist you with your real estate transactions and provide title insurance services.

Since our founding in 1971, we have always tried to make a positive difference in our area.
